Constituents that should display in Impact are identified through the addition of an attribute in Raiser's Edge database view (or Custom field in Raiser's Edge NXT).

By adding this attribute to a constituent record in Raiser's Edge, multiple fields will be pulled over to Impact. The fields that will be visible in Impact database are:

• Constituent ID
• First Name, Middle Name, Last Name
• Mailing Address 
• Addressee
• Salutation
• Email address
• Assigned Solicitor

Additional fields will also pull from the Raiser's Edge record, but will not be displayed in the Impact record. This information will be used to sort and filter the data. The fields that will not be visible in the database are:

• Deceased
• Inactive
