FAQ: What do I do if I'm locked out of Impact?

You could be locked out for a few different reasons:

  1. You may have been locked out due to too many unsuccessful login attempts. User accounts are disabled after three unsuccessful log-in attempts. Reach out to your organization's Admin to get unlocked.
  2. Accounts become locked if have an invoice that is 90 days overdue. 

Note: If you are the Admin of the account, you can unlock a user under Administration -> Manage Users, search for the User's name and toggle the "User Locked" button.
