FAQ: “What if I need to update the fund name/other fund information in Impact?”
A: All Fund information in Impact comes directly from Balance. The Fund Name, Fund ID and Fund Purpose Description are all controlled through Balance. Any updates in Balance will sync nightly with Impact.
Your Balance team can use the Endowment Fund template or Expendable Fund template (depending on fund type) on this page to adjust that information. If they have questions they can reach out to Balance support at support.balance@evertrue.com.
