A: If a constituent is in Impact as active, then passes away, a custom field (attribute) should be used in Raiser's Edge for 'deceased.' This new attribute will pull into Impact overnight and will mark the Constituent as deceased in Impact. If you are using the Constituent import, you will use the "Deceased" column to update with a "yes". 

Reports will no longer be created for the individual. However, they are kept in Impact in case they have a history of having received an Impact report in the past. 

Impact will not pull in 'deceased' Constituents who were not already in Impact.
