A: The first step is to ensure the Constituent information is in Impact. If you have the RE NXT integration, you will need to add the Constituent Attribute. Otherwise, you will use the Constituent import template to create the new individual. 

The second step would be to update the Fund to Constituent mapping template and upload that to attach that constituent to their fund(s). Note: The Fund to Constituent mapping file MUST be a complete file or it will delete anything in Impact that is not on the file. Note: best practice would be to keep a copy of this template to continually update or to download the most recent import and add anything new to that file.
